Dell’s Not on Easy Street Yet
Though Wall Street greeted the news of Michael Dell’s return enthusiastically, the company’s founder has his work cut out for him
Now at work all we use are Dell’s so I am not totally against the hardware, it is just I feel they could do a much better job in a few areas. Namely customer support… customization …. more timely updates…. and overall appearance of their product. While each of these things can help the company overall, I can’t help but think their latest attempt to increase their image might just end up biting them in the literal backside.
